The Builders’ Table (Online)

​The Builders’ Table (Online) is a weekly meetup designed for complete beginners to vibe coding. The structure focuses on actually guiding you through the process of creating an app, website, or game through challenges.

​1st meetings goal: Help participants become comfortable with the basics of vibe coding by building an app with a clear structure and purpose.

​What You’ll Learn:

• ​How to write an effective first prompt

• ​How to create and use a skill

• ​How to debug problems while building

• ​How to turn an idea into a functional app

​What We’ll Build:

​We’ve all had to put our card down for a group meal and wondered whether everyone would pay us back. In this workshop, participants will build an app that scans a receipt, creates a shareable link, and allows friends to claim their items and pay their full portion—including tax and tip.

​If you don’t finish by the end of the hour you can reference a help document to guide you to the finish. I will also offer “office hours” on Thursday @ 7PM for anyone looking for in-person help

​Vibe coding can feel overwhelming, especially for beginners without a technical background. When I started building websites and apps, having a mentor encourage and guide me made all the difference. I created The Builders’ Table to provide that same support and help more people experience the excitement of bringing their ideas to life.
