Continuous Research: Buzzword to ReOps Reality
If you’ve been in the business of UX research long enough, "continuous research” has likely been discussed, considered and debated at one time or another. Is it a philosophy or a framework? Has its definition evolved since the early days of UX? It is often positioned as a best practice - but what does it really mean, and actually take to sustain? What assumptions are behind it? The questions are many so we are confident you will have plenty to talk about.
Join us Thursday, April 23 at 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET in a 60-minute working session designed for professionals actively engaged in Research Operations. Our ReOps Unfiltered team - Pert Eilers, Kyle Kubas, Christina Hur and Addison English - will provide a concise framing of the topic. The majority of the hour will be dedicated to breakout sessions, where our team will facilitate discussions and small groups can explore targeted questions about continuous research. This is not an introductory session and will NOT be recorded so think of it as a safe place to share your real-world operational experiences.
[PLEASE NOTE: This discussion-driven session is designed for people with direct ResearchOps experience and live participation is expected.]
