About Rick Hanson
Rick Hanson, Ph.D., is a psychologist, author, and Senior Fellow at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. His work focuses on positive neuroplasticity and how everyday experiences can contribute to lasting psychological change.
He combines findings from neuroscience and psychology with mindfulness and contemplative practice. His books have been published in more than 30 languages.
