RWIT x Baltimore

​RWIT is coming to Baltimore! Join us for our first in-person gathering, a casual meet for women and allies working across retail and tech in the DMV.

​Why now?

​Retail is evolving fast, and the lines between commercial, digital, and tech are blurring — yet there's no dedicated local space that brings retail, technology, and community together in a way that reflects that. RWIT exists to bridge that gap through connection, conversation, and community. This is where it continues!

​Women and allies working at the intersection of retail and technology, and anyone who wants to help build a more connected, inclusive industry in the DMV.
