RWIT DMV: Sip & Shop at the Under Armour Campus Store
What it is
An evening at the Under Armour campus store for women and allies who work in retail, consumer brands and retail technology across Baltimore and DC. Shop, have a drink, and meet people you should already know. No pitches.
Why we are doing it
Retail Women in Tech (RWIT) is building its community in this region, and Under Armour has opened its doors to help. The goal is simple: get women from across the industry into one room, from students to executives, so your next introduction, mentor or hire is someone you met here.
Who will be in the room
RWIT members and leaders from the Baltimore and DC area, and friends from sister organizations
Under Armour teammates, with the BEAT and W.I.L.L. Teammate Resource Groups as co-hosts
Women and allies from merchandising, planning, marketing, supply chain, ecommerce, product and retail tech
Students and early-career talent alongside senior leaders, in the same room on purpose
What to expect
Doors at 5:30 PM. Shopping and drinks open right away
A short welcome and a moderated conversation on women's career paths in retail
Open networking and shopping until 7:30 PM
Guests shop the store with a 20% discount
