RWIT Toronto Virtual Coffee

Join us for RWIT Toronto's first virtual meet-up as Retail Women in Tech (RWIT) continues to grow and strengthen its community across Canada.

Whether you work in retail, ecommerce, digital, customer experience, data, operations, platforms, AI, or technology, this is an opportunity to connect with peers navigating the rapidly evolving intersection of retail and tech.

Why Join?

Retail and technology are converging faster than ever, and the Toronto market is home to incredible leaders, builders, innovators, and operators helping shape that future. Yet there are few dedicated spaces to come together, share experiences, and build meaningful connections across functions, companies, and career stages.

RWIT exists to bridge that gap through connection, conversation, and community - and these coffees are where it starts.

Who It's For

Women and allies working at the intersection of retail and technology, as well as anyone passionate about building a more connected, inclusive, and supportive industry.

New to RWIT? This is the perfect introduction to our community and mission!

What to Expect

☕ A relaxed 45-minute virtual conversation

🤝 Meet fellow Toronto retailers

💬 Guided discussion prompts to spark conversation

📣 Open floor to share wins, asks, opportunities, and challenges

🌱 Help shape what RWIT becomes in the Toronto market

No presentations. Just authentic conversation and meaningful connection.

We encourage you to invite colleagues and friends whose values align with RWIT's mission, and help us build something special together in Toronto.
