🎟In order to secure a ticket, please ensure that you:
1. “Request to join” using the appropriate ticket type.
2. Use the correct discount code for your ticket type (note that some universities have separate discount codes for Brothers’ and Sisters’ tickets).
3. After registering, wait for approval from the FIGO team. (Please ensure you include your UNIVERSITY EMAIL ADDRESS.)
4. Once approved, you will receive an approval email containing your ticket, and payment will be processed automatically. (No payment will be taken until your ticket has been approved.)
5. If your university’s discount code has reached its maximum capacity, you will see the message: “This code has expired or is invalid.” This means that all discounted tickets have been sold.
6. If discounted tickets are sold out, you may either register for the waitlist (this follows the same process as a normal ticket registration, but discounted places are not guaranteed) or purchase a full-price ticket to secure your spot.
7. If you would like to join the waitlist for a discounted ticket, please tick the Waitlist box in the registration form (this is the final question). If you do not select this option, we will assume you intend to purchase a full-price ticket.
