Running a team of AI Agents: Experiences, Learnings & Demo of the setup at Ship26

​What does a working week look like when part of the team is a fleet of AI agents, each with its own job?

​Chris Allard Griessmann walks through the setup he runs them on & how he's collaborating with agents, how his agents collaborate amongst themselves, how even colleagues & members of the community can work with them and what the benefits are.

​The fleet works like an organisation. Chris owns the website, an agent owns what's on it. Colleagues collaborate with the agent to add content to it. The agents message each other & nudge the humans when something is about to slip.

​A Project Management Tool (Asana) holds it together. The agents read their tasks on the same board as humans. That board is also where the human in the loop sits, & where a coding agent picks up the fleet's continuous improvement.

​This talk is a mix of fascinating learnings, and a Demo of a real, working system currently running & supporting Ship26 (& further ventures in the future as per Chris plans).
