Grain & Grain — Bourbon, Boards & Craft with Mark Jupiter

​To celebrate the expansion of one of DUMBO’s last remaining large-scale artisan manufacturing facilities, Mark Jupiter will host a one-hour immersive experience inside his workshop. “Grain & Grain” pairs a curated bourbon tasting with a live demonstration of five limited-edition charcuterie boards crafted in real time from reclaimed shop material. Each piece will be raffled to guests at the close of the hour. The event highlights the intersection of material, machinery, and handcraft, offering an intimate look at how raw lumber becomes refined design. A brief toast to the enduring importance of manufacturing within the DUMBO Design District will conclude the program, before transitioning into the neighborhood-wide celebration.
