About the Event
Packaging is often the first thing people touch when they meet a physical brand, and it has only a few seconds on a shelf (or in an unboxing video) to do its job.
In this free live workshop, Shefali Desai walks you through how packaging design works in practice:
how to read a product brief,
design for shelf visibility,
handle labels and information hierarchy,
work with dielines and print constraints,
create an unboxing experience people remember.
Expect real examples, including how packaging plays out for Indian D2C and FMCG brands.
The Speaker
Shefali Desai is a multidisciplinary designer, educator and entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience.
Over her career, she has worked with global brands including Pepsi, Red Bull, Starbucks, Disney and KFC, after starting out at agencies like Eureka Moment Design and Jack in The Box. She holds a Master’s in Design from Raffles, Singapore.
Format:
Up to 1 hour of teaching, followed by an open Q&A where you can bring your own questions and projects.
