What is Cookbook Club?
This event is about bringing food lovers together to share and taste delicious dishes from a featured cookbook.
Whip up your favorite recipe from the book and come prepared for a culinary adventure as you sample the creations of fellow food enthusiasts. See you there for fun, great food, and new connections!

This Month’s Cookbook: Islas: A Celebration of Tropical Cooking by Von Diaz
How it Works:
A Google Doc will be shared with the recipe titles in the cookbook of the month. Each attendee will select one or two dishes (up to you!) and write your name down. Please do not select a dish that has already been chosen by someone else.
Purchasing the cookbook is not a requirement, public libraries are a great resource and will usually have one available! You may also contact us to get the recipe of your choice.
Each recipe yields enough as is, so doubling is optional.
Bring your dish ready to be served, including serving utensils.

Please note this is a community potluck featuring home-cooked food. While we provide basic safety guidelines, and will attempt to label dishes with any potential allergens, each dish is prepared by individual members. Please use your own discretion when selecting foods, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
