A Night of Agency For those ready to bet on themselves
Today, women own 14.2 million businesses in the United States, generating $2.8 trillion a year.
The movement is accelerating. In 2024, women started close to half (49%) of new businesses, up from 29% in 2019, a 69% jump in five years.
These founders are scaling differently than the generations before them. They're using AI as leverage from day one, doing the work of larger teams and creating more value with less capital.
This is the shift. And the women leading it aren't asking for permission.
I'm hosting this night for 10 women who are ready to bet on themselves. The ones who think AI can help them make their entrepreneurial shift real, but aren't sure where to start.
This evening is not about leaning into AI for the sake of it. It's about learning how to use this powerful tool as real leverage.
It doesn't matter where you are with AI. Whether you've never opened Claude or ChatGPT or you've been quietly experimenting, you're in the right room.
This is an intimate gathering of a small group of women. A night of connection, thinking out loud, finding clarity, and feeling the difference between dreaming about something and actually moving on it. There will be wine, fun, and food.
This gathering is at my home in the Eastside Seattle area. The address will be shared on the morning of the event.
We'll use AI as a thought and creative partner. The kind that helps you see your own thinking more clearly, asks the questions you haven't asked yourself yet, and compresses weeks of solo work into a single evening.
Bring the idea you've been turning over in your head. By the end of the night, you'll have concrete answers to the questions every founder has to work through.
What you'll leave with:
A clear read on whether your idea solves a real need
A grounded picture of who you're actually building for
Positioning you can use to start landing real opportunities
Early ideas on how to use AI to build, not just to brainstorm
A starting point for the women who know they want to build something but haven't found the idea yet
Carol S. Grant is a go-to-market strategist, AI practitioner and builder, and founder whose career spans Microsoft, Zillow, and multiple high-growth SaaS companies. She has used AI to take a startup from concept to clickable demo, conduct market validation, surface customer insights, and evolve her advisory business at the same time. The common thread is using AI as a thought partner to move faster, think more clearly, and act with more confidence than she ever could alone. She is bringing that same approach to the evening, with her GTM lens applied directly to your idea or question, in real time.
