An Interactive Campfire Conversation with The Chi Actor & Blooms Brothers Founder Joel Steingold: Spontaneous Joy
Join The Chi actor and Blooms Brothers founder Joel Steingold for a Campfire Conversation about finding beauty in ordinary moments. Together we'll create a simple flower arrangement while we talk, exploring why the smallest acts of joy are often the ones that restore us most.
Come curious. Leave a little lighter.
Why This Conversation
We often think joy requires more time.
A vacation.
A milestone.
A free weekend.
But what if restoration begins with something much smaller?
A bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table.
A moment of beauty in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.
A decision to pause before rushing to the next thing.
This Campfire is an invitation to discover how small, spontaneous moments of beauty can interrupt the momentum of burnout—and remind us that joy doesn't have to wait for a special occasion.
Meet the Camp Counselor
You may know Joel Steingold from his starring role on Showtime's hit series The Chi, where he's captivated audiences as an actor and storyteller. Beyond the screen, Joel is also a voice artist, creative entrepreneur, and the founder of Blooms Brothers—a floral company inspired by the belief that flowers shouldn't be reserved for special occasions.
Whether he's bringing characters to life or arranging fresh blooms, Joel has discovered that small, intentional moments of beauty can shift the way we experience our day. His approach reminds us that joy doesn't have to be complicated—it can begin with something as simple as bringing flowers home on an ordinary Tuesday.

Joel's Grocery Store Challenge 🌼
Before we meet, stop by your neighborhood grocery store, Trader Joe's, farmers market, or local flower shop and choose:
• Three bunches of flowers that make you smile
• One bunch of greenery
That's it. Don't overthink it. Trust your instincts and pick what you're naturally drawn to.
You'll also need:
• Household scissors or floral clippers
• Clear tape
• A paper grocery bag
During our conversation, Joel will guide us through creating a simple arrangement while we explore spontaneous joy, creativity, and finding small ways to make everyday life a little more beautiful.
No flower arranging experience is necessary.
The goal isn't to create a perfect arrangement. It's to practice making space for yourself.
If you'd rather simply listen, reflect, and enjoy the conversation, that's wonderful too.
Who This Is For
Senior leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and anyone leading under constant pressure who could use a reminder that restoration doesn't always require a vacation. Sometimes it begins with noticing what's already around you.
