​Bloom + Build is a bi-weekly gathering designed to help you begin the year with intention, blending light movement, guided reflection and grounded co-working to support both inner alignment and outer execution.

​This session invites you to soften the pace, reconnect with your body, and create space for clarity without the added pressure to have everything figured out.

​What to Expect:

​• Gentle movement (“The Calm Core Method,” Pilates-inspired)

​• Breathwork + grounding meditation

​• Guided journaling prompts

​• Optional reflection and connection

​• A calm, welcoming space to reset and refocus

​The Calm Core Method is a Pilates-inspired movement practice that blends strength, breath, and mindful pacing to help you feel grounded and supported

​First time attending?

​Bloom + Build is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed. Please come dressed comfortably and ready to move, breathe, and reflect at your own pace.

​This is a judgment-free space rooted in care, presence, and community.
