A hands-on Codex build day with Aaron Makelky & other AI leaders. It’s part workshop, part hackathon, part showcase. Whether you're already shipping with Codex or just curious what AI-assisted building actually looks like in practice, this is your room.
9:30 AM — Doors open. Coffee, connections, and finding your build partner.
10:00 AM — Welcome. What's new with Codex, what the tool can do today, and the patterns that are working in real projects right now.
10:30 AM — Finding the right problems to solve. How to pick projects Codex can genuinely accelerate: and the ones to leave alone.
11:30 AM — Build. The main event. Work solo or in a small team on your own project: a tool, a feature, an automation, an agent. Aaron & other leaders circulate the room all day. Bring a laptop, bring an idea, bring a half-built thing you want to finally finish.
12:00 PM — Lunch & Learn. How to show what you've built: demo tools, screen capture, the art of the 3-minute walkthrough.
3:00 PM — Showcase. Every participant gets stage time. Live demos, recorded clips, a working prototype open in a browser or whatever tells the story.
3:45 PM — Close
Who this is for: developers, technical founders, tinkerers, and the AI-curious who want to spend a Saturday actually building with Codex instead of reading about it. Beginners welcome.
