Creating Spaces for Pitch Practice: Encouraging Innovators to Share their Ideas
What if your students had a stage for their big ideas?
Join Professor Becky Parker, MBE, physics teacher and Director of Project Earth, for a look at Pitch for the Planet. This initiative brings students together to share their ideas, build their communication skills, and put their solutions in front of an audience. Through partnerships with organisations around the world, students get the chance to take their ideas from the classroom to the stage.
But you don’t need a local Pitch for the Planet event to give your students that opportunity.
In this session, Becky will share how teachers, schools, and communities can create their own spaces for young innovators to practice pitching, get feedback, build confidence, and get their ideas out into the world. Come see what young people are capable of when we give their ideas a stage.
