Michael A. is a Tech and Innovation Strategist, Leader, and Educator with 10+ years of experience building and leading teams across tech, government, and media, including the City of New York, NPR, and Meta. He specializes in tech and innovation leadership, emerging technology from AI to AR, and systems thinking.
Beyond his corporate work, Michael brings 7+ years of teaching experience as an AI and design thinking educator at CUNY and America on Tech, and is the Founder of Rita Co., an ed-tech company supporting tech career seekers through initiatives including Mondai and Studio. With a background spanning Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, AI, and UI/UX Design, Michael is focused on mission-driven work that builds a more forward-thinking and inclusive digital future.
Jerlisa "Juju" Fontaine is the Founder of HuCapital, an AI-powered community platform curating 1:1 and peer group matches uniting creatives and professionals for collaboration and IRL meetups. With 10+ years in community-building, healthcare, digital health, AI, and professional development, she's led product and strategy work for several institutions including NYU and Oscar Health. Her portfolio spans AI-powered professional development and health tools, health insurance engagement systems, SMS-based diabetes programs, IVR solutions, and EHR software, work that has empowered thousands of patients, providers, and working people.
