There are many different traditions across regions and families during the lunar new year season (Spring Festival) in China. For many, these including making dumplings together.

This year, Food Joy Club is organising a dumpling-making party where we come together to make dumplings we love. No matter whether you're an expert in making dumplings (or simply eating them), we invite you to join and make your own to celebrating the upcoming spring festival and year of the snake!

Jiamin will purchase all the ingredients for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dumplings. Please make sure to chip in to cover the costs. Venmo Jiamin: @jaszeng.

​Dumplings can be made to eat during the party or bring home to eat or freeze for later.
