​🧘‍♀️ How to Sign Up
Register on Luma and present your ticket at the door.
BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat (or DM us on Instagram if you need one).

​📍 Where & When
Time: Doors open at 6:55 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 15–20 minutes after.
The yoga practice runs for about one hour, followed by an optional hangout at the brewery.

​🍻 After Yoga
Stick around if you’d like — the brewery serves amazing beers (including non-alcoholic options) and New Haven–style pizza. It’s a great chance to hang, chat, and unwind with the group.

​🌿 What to Expect
We’re a club, not a class — no rushing, no stress, no judgment.
Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
Once we begin, we move through a one-hour beginner-to-intermediate yoga practice.
Afterward, feel free to stay for the hangout — it’s easygoing, friendly, and open to everyone.
