​​​​​Raul Cepin is the Director of AI Product Management at Wiley, the world’s largest independent academic publisher. He leads global AI strategy, transforming over 5% of the world’s academic research into machine-readable assets for large-scale applications in research and industry.

​​​Raul has built enterprise-grade AI systems, including RAG pipelines, custom LLM workflows, and autonomous agents for extracting insights from scholarly content. He also designs human-in-the-loop evaluation processes that blend truth validation and synthetic data to benchmark proprietary retrieval systems.
