Claude for Roll-up & Platform Engine
What this workshop covers
This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing PE deal teams, operating partners, and platform leadership how to produce a standardized diligence and integration memo that compounds across deals, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork.
We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes an add-on target and your platform thesis and produces a standardized profile, a synergy case, and an integration risk read, so by the end of the session you can run a bolt-on against your template without rebuilding the analysis each time.
Limited slots available. First come, first served.
Section 1: Running the Full Roll-Up Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. An Orchestrator standardizes the bolt-on against your integration template and flags gaps. A Practice Profiler produces a standardized profile and financial snapshot in the platform's template. A Synergy Bull argues the integration upside, revenue and cost synergies. An Integration Bear on a fresh turn attacks culture, systems, retention, and customer overlap risk. The run ends at the Watch Dog, which checks every claim to data, confirms synergies are evidenced and retention risk shown, sends any unsupported synergy back to the Profiler, and has the Judge issue proceed, adjust, or pass with an integration risk rating.
Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture the run order as a Claude skill so it executes the same way for every bolt-on. We build the skill that encodes each seat, the standardized template, and the evidence checks, so running an add-on becomes a single instruction, and each completed deal feeds the prior-deal library so the next one runs faster.
Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules, the skill file for the roll-up engine, the editable criteria that hold your synergy evidence bar and integration risk tiers so your team can tune them without touching code, and the agent files behind the Synergy Bull, Integration Bear, Judge, and Watch Dog. Configure these once and every bolt-on you run gets profiled, stress-tested, and rated against the same standard.
Section 4: The Scheduling Prompt How to templatize the engine so it compounds. Configure Claude so each completed bolt-on feeds the prior-deal library, so the platform's accumulated diligence sharpens every subsequent run and the engine gets faster and more standardized as the roll-up grows.
