[PRACTICE!] CoMotion Labs Climate Tech Incubator Demo Day
For members of the CoMotion Climate Tech Incubator 2025-26 cohort, mentors, judges, and UW Foster School of Business students only.
Promising startups in the CoMotion Labs Climate Tech Incubator will practice their 5min pitches and get feedback from expert judges ahead of their upcoming Demo Day, where they will present to investors and innovation leaders.
Students: Please register with your "uw.edu" email address.
UW Foster School of Business Students who are interested in careers in climate tech are welcome to join.

Pitch Practice Judges
Ken Myer
Ken is an experienced entrepreneur, executive, early-stage advisor, and leadership lecturer, with deep knowledge of effective communication practices. He has a track record of helping founders craft and hone their new venture story to successfully build teams, position the company, and secure investor funding.
Dana Robinson
Dana is an angel investor, pitch trainer and creator of the Pitch 4 Impact Framework. As a professional presentation skills trainer, she understands how to help founders communicate with impact, clarity and authenticity. Dana emphasizes how to make the most of your own natural style to be memorable and authentic. Dana is an active member of E8 Angels, an innovative cleantech angel investing group.
Leo Ocha
Leo Ochoa is the funding assistance and accelerator manager for VertueLab and has a background in industrial design and experience building a startup. In managing accelerators and federal funding programs, he has guided many climate and clean tech founders through Concept, Design, Development, and Commercialization phases to win awards and funding. His experience ranges from health tech, wearables, climate tech, consumer products, IoT connected devices, and advanced materials.
Ryan Buckmaster
Ryan Buckmaster manages funding and mentor programs to aid inventors of new technologies move toward commercialization. He has helped more than a dozen new companies spin out from the university, including C-SATS, KitoTech, Olis Robotics, and Zap Energy, and worked on numerous agreements with existing organizations.

Transportation
Paid parking with EV chargers is available in the building. Enter going East (up the hill) on the one-way University Street. Also consider using Spothero. The closest Link light rail station is the Symphony Station on 3rd street. Bikes, battery-powered mobility, and batteries (even when not charging) must be stored in the locked room on the C/D level of the garage. Bring your own lock for the storage rack if needed. It’s inside the double doors by the elevator (email sosell@uw.edu for the door code).
