​Colorado is a hub for professionals working to protect and restore nature on a global and local scale. Starting in 2023, Nature x Solutions has been convening this community for special evenings of exchanging ideas and connections with fellow practitioners, with local co-hosts including Earthshot Labs, Pachama, Regrow Ag, Nature Tech Collective, Terra Nexus, and Perennial.

​Nature x Solutions will be doing a monthly happy hour, featuring expert speakers working on solutions for protecting and restoring nature.

​This month we will be featuring: Sami Tellatin is an agriculture and climate leader focused on helping farmers thrive through improved water and soil management and practical, data-driven decision support. She is Head of Water & Climate Development at Kilimo, where she leads U.S. commercialization. In this role, she partners with growers, irrigation experts, and global companies to scale on-farm water stewardship in high-stress basins. Previously, Sami co-founded FarmRaise, supporting tens of thousands of farmers in accessing capital for conservation and operational improvements. She has worked with USDA SARE and Land O’Lakes on soil health and water quality initiatives and serves as an advisor and board member to ag and climate innovation organizations.
