This International Women's Day, Women of Customer Success Austin is hosting an evening designed to help you protect your energy and accelerate your impact.
To honour this year's IWD theme, Give to Gain, we're bringing together a panel of senior CS leaders to openly share how they've navigated the tension between being generous with their time, knowledge, and energy - and designing careers that are actually sustainable.
We'll then put the theme into practice. Through a structured paired workshop, you'll map out what success looks like on your terms - then partner with another attendee to pressure-test, challenge, and sharpen each other's thinking. You give honest perspective, you gain clarity.

You'll work through a guided worksheet to map out your personal success blueprint - what sustainability actually looks like for you across your career, energy, and growth. Then you'll pair up with another attendee to share your blueprints, ask the hard questions, and help each other spot the blind spots. You'll leave with something tangible: a clearer picture of what you're building toward and one honest outside perspective to keep you accountable.
