About Event

A closed-door, hands-on AI SRE & AIOps workshop in Bengaluru on Thursday 22 October.

It is for 24 people who work on production systems, 2 per company. The first edition ran in Hyderabad on 18 Sep. 24 senior SRE, cloud ops and DevOps engineers came from 14 companies. They included teams at Wells Fargo, DBS, Verizon, Sanofi and FICO.

There are no vendor slides. Every seat gets a lab Kubernetes cluster on the day, with nothing to install. The day is built around the production blockers the room brings in.

The six problems we work through:

  1. AIOps vs copilots vs agents. Everyone says "agent". Which one do you need to build?

  2. Getting the foundations right. Most ops agents fail in the setup: weak tool harnesses, or too much context.

  3. Agents that remember. It solved this exact incident last Tuesday. Today it has no idea.

  4. Safe access to production. Guardrails, permissions and blast-radius control before an agent touches prod.

  5. Catching wrong answers. Wrong 5% of the time in production means switched off in a week.

  6. Agent economics. When the agent costs more than the hours it saves.

What you do on the day:

  • Work in teams on an ops agent, on a lab Kubernetes cluster we provide

  • Run four AI models head to head on the same ops problem

  • Run the agent with memory on, then off, and watch the answer change

  • Red-team the agent and try to break it before it breaks production

What you take back:

  • A build checklist scored against your org

  • A cost estimate at your alert volume

  • A model-upgrade checklist, and red-team tests that catch an agent inventing a root cause

  • One written change to make in the next 30 days

The details:

  • When: Thursday 22 October, 10 AM to 2 PM, lunch included

  • Where: Bengaluru. Approved guests get the exact venue before the day.

  • Cost: Rs 500 per person. It is a small fee so that only serious participants apply.

  • Bring: A laptop and your team's rough monthly alert volume.

  • Not recorded. Failure stories stay in the room under the Chatham House rule.

  • Organised by GoGoAI Dev, a community for ops engineers. NudgeBee is the AIOps partner, and its engineers run the lab.

How to apply:

Forward this to two production engineers who will own the 30-day change. Each person applies on their own. There are five short questions, and you hear back within an hour. If approved, you get an email with a link to pay Rs 500. Check your spam folder for it.
