Somartica
Somartica:
Where movement meets creativity
& Presence meets play
What happens when adults remember their most embodied, creative selves?
Join us for an evening where meditation melts into movement, movement makes way to art, and before you know it, you're drawing on the walls, rolling on the ground belly laughing, and connecting with yourself and others in true authenticity and joy.
Somartica blends somatics with art through research-backed methods that help quiet your mind, settle your nervous system, and get you into flow.
No performance. No perfection. Just presence and play.
The evening’s journey:
✨ A grounding meditation to help you arrive and land
🌀 Intuitive movement to awaken your body’s innate intelligence
🎨 Creative expression through all manner of materials (Crayons! Paint! Yarn! Etc!)
🤸🏽♀️ Pure, unscripted play where we find ourselves + one another
🌿 A closing circle to help integrate the magic
Consider this your permission slip to be totally who you are ... and surrounded by people doing the same. ❣️
No experience necessary. Whether you're a seasoned artist and mover or total beginner, you are welcome.
Can't wait to see you!
Wear clothes you can move in.
