September 26 Color Scavenger Hunt

​Join Happy Hour Kid’s Club for a colorful morning of exploring, collecting, and creating at the Chino Basin Water Conservation Garden in Montclair.

​At the beginning of the meetup, each family will receive a cardboard square, sticky dots, and a random paint swatch sample. As we walk through the garden, kids can look for leaves, petals, sticks, and other little pieces of nature that match the colors on their swatch, then stick their finds onto their board to create a one-of-a-kind nature collage.

​Please only collect items that are already on the ground. Do not pick flowers, leaves, or otherwise damage any plants in the garden.
