He is the Founder of the Asia Regulatory Professionals Association (ARPA), a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing regulatory education in Asia, now with a community of over 7,000 members. Jack is the author of the "Medical Regulatory Affairs Handbook," now in its 4th edition, widely regarded as a key reference in the field. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at several prestigious institutions, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, and Tohoku University in Japan. Currently, Jack is the CEO of RNAscence, a biotech start-up spun off from Nanyang Technological University and the National Skin Centre Singapore, focused on cutting-edge RNA-based innovations.
Christelle Tan GEMBA’24 is the Founder of MedMosaic, a HealthTech startup focused on improving patient access to clinical trials and regulatory governance in medicine.
