Spring Community 5K + Social
Join us for a spring city run built for movement, connection, and good energy 🌿
A 5K social run for all levels. We run as a crew, with 3 light workout checkpoints along the route to reset and push together.
No pressure, just show up ready to move and challenge yourself a little.

Time: 10:00 AM (RUN PROMPTLY STARTS @ 10 AM - arrive 15 mins early)
Distance: ~5K

We’ll finish at Lazy Barista café for coffee and a snack. A chance to refuel & connect 🤎 Please consider making a purchase to support this local café while we hang out.
