Devin Karbowicz is a former psychology researcher turned executive coach and “aha architect." She helps smart, heady people tap into the genius of their bodies. Guided by the belief that “knowledge is only a rumor until it lives in the muscle,” she has spent over a decade designing experiences that help people access their inner wisdom, break free from limiting patterns, and internalize life-changing lessons. With a foundation of five years in social psychology research at Princeton, Harvard, and Cornell, Devin blends intellectual rigor with deep healing practices. Her approach integrates cutting-edge modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), somatic EMDR, hypnosis, Family Constellations, and play-based change work. The result?
