Build Faster Without Losing the Customer
A year ago, Dan Olsen and Jorge Alcantara helped bring 250 product people together with the first generation of vibe-coding tools. By the end of the night, they had presented 54 working prototypes.
What felt new was how quickly an idea could become something a customer could try.
Today, Claude Code, Codex, and Claude Cowork can work across codebases, files, services, and repositories. Teams are building harnesses around them with shared instructions, product context, tools, checks, and access to the codebase so the work can be repeated and shared.
The customer evidence, product decisions, and what the team learns still tend to live elsewhere.
Since that hackathon, Dan Olsen (author of The Lean Product Playbook) has taught hands-on workshops in Vibe Coding, AI prototyping, and Claude Cowork. Jorge has worked with teams building agent harnesses while developing Zentrik.
What you’ll learn
The harness patterns product teams are using now.
Where customer evidence and product judgment fall out of the flow.
What turns a convincing artifact into a useful product test.
Then Dan and Jorge will work through one product decision live. They will start with customer evidence, choose the need and uncertainty that matter, and create a focused prototype and Study. Everyone in the room will take part. Dan and Jorge will use the responses to decide whether to move forward, revise, test again, or stop.
No Zentrik account or preparation is required. Zentrik will be the workspace for the example, not the subject of a product tour.
This session is for people already using AI to build and now trying to make it work across a real product team.
