​The AI Aperitivo is an exclusive, high-signal and low-noise Symposium for top-tier AI engineers and researchers in the Roman AI scene: applied AI engineers, ML researchers, and founders pushing AI forward.

​We run Socratic dialogues on AI topics including research papers, LLMs, MCP, RAG, and sometimes we dive into AGI alignment, philosophy, geo-politics, and more.

​Our Socratic dialogues are structured around the AI Socratic blog posts (the April 2026 one will be coming soon), focusing on the latest in AI.

​To keep discussions meaningful and low-noise, every application is carefully reviewed.
