​This session is a practical walkthrough of what actually happens before, during, and after a Web3 hackathon, from someone who's been building and competing for years.

​We'll cover:

• ​Why Web3 hackathons are one of the fastest ways to level up

• ​How to prepare before the event begins

• ​Strategies for finding teammates and shipping under pressure

• ​How to pitch in a way that stands out

• ​What to do after the hackathon to turn momentum into opportunities

• ​A real case study: from Thailand to New York

​Whether you're a developer, designer, product builder, marketer, student, or simply crypto-curious, this session will help you understand how hackathons can become a launchpad into the global Web3 ecosystem.

​Speaker: Gang is a Web3 full-stack developer who has been building since 2017 at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure and consumer products. After participating in and winning multiple hackathons, he's now building Mozi, a unified dashboard that aggregates balances and markets across Hyperliquid, Aster, and Lighter.

​Gang เป็น Web3 Full-stack Developer ที่สร้างโปรดักต์ในวงการมาตั้งแต่ปี 2017 โดยมีประสบการณ์ทั้งด้าน Web3 Infrastructure และ Consumer Products เขาเข้าร่วมและคว้ารางวัลจาก Hackathon มาแล้วหลายรายการ ปัจจุบันกำลังพัฒนา Mozi แพลตฟอร์มที่รวมพอร์ตและตลาดการเทรดจาก Hyperliquid, Aster และ Lighter ไว้ในที่เดียว
