Bookstore Crawl- Jersey Bookstores
The best way to visit a neighborhood is a book crawl- and in March we are going across the river to visit five local bookstores found in Jersey City and Hoboken.
We will start at Àbákẹ́ Books & Cafe, A Black Queer woman-owned coffee brand and literary fourth space that just opened it's doors!
We will also be making stops to shop at Little City Books, Symposia Community Bookstore, WORD Bookstore, and Dungeon Books!
There are two ticket options based on your budget and food preferences:
All Inclusive Ticket- This is the recommended ticket option and makes your day easy! You won't have to worry about food at all with BOTH tacos and a drink of your choice included along the way.
Bookstore Crawl Only- This ticket includes the guided bookstore crawl (at least five unique stops to shop along with fellow readers). This does not include any food or drink (but you are welcome to order separately along the way or bring your own food to snack on.
Regardless of ticket type, it will be a wonderful time spent with like minded readers as we enjoy a wonderful Saturday in New Jersey.
To ensure a great time for all readers, spots are limited!
Note- While we try to keep bookstore crawls mostly walking, to make sure we can visit all the bookstores we will take one lyft (included in the ticket) and the PATH train (no included in the ticket) so please plan for that! Don't worry, we have the route covered!
Accessibility
With the nature of this event there will be several hours of walking and limited places to sit. The experience may also require walking up and down stairs. If you have any questions/concerns about accessibility please let me know before hand!
Refunds/Cancellations
I do my best to make these events accessible and affordable to all. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds as we budget for things. This event is rain or shine- refunds will only be offered at the organizers discretion (if there a extenuating circumstances that led to the whole event being cancelled).

We love sharing photos from our events on socials! By buying a ticket and participating you are consenting to having photos and videos taken that we can then share. If you prefer to not be included, please let me know before the event starts!
