About Event

During this month meetup, we're asking a question that's hard to ignore right now: what happens to your content when AI is the one reading it?

Urszula Szuberska brings her experience from real training rooms to explore how technical documentation needs to evolve for the AI era — going well beyond "just write clearly" advice. Think: concrete strategies for structuring content that machines can actually work with, without losing the human reader along the way.
Olga Stefaniuk pulls back the curtain on how AI agents operate under the hood: how they browse, retrieve, and digest content. All this to help you stop guessing and start writing.

✍️ TOPICS

Tech writing that can take a question: a trainer’s notes on making docs work with AI

The way customers consume technical documentation has shifted with the rise of AI tools. As chatbots, AI search engines and agents increasingly digest and serve our content, technical writers face a new challenge: structuring documentation to ensure AI systems generate accurate and complete outputs. Drawing from hands-on technical training experience, this talk connects the situations observed in live end-user training sessions to the ways AI now uses documentation. We will search for actionable strategies to help tech writers structure content for machines, while asking a question: how do we balance AI-digestibility with traditional, human-friendly readability? Moving beyond oversimplified 'AI acting as an user' analogies and basic clear-writing principles, this talk focuses on exploring the additional ways of structuring for the AI era.

Feed the Machine: Patterns in How Agents Digest Content

How do AI agents work under the hood? Learn how these independent actors browse the web, read files, and access data from vector stores. We'll also take a look at the latest trends and emerging patterns in the space of agentic development
