β7 billion voicenotes are sent every single day. we're already talking. we already have things to say.
βthis is a day to go a bit deeper.
βin partnership with amnesty international and the old market, we're forging an intergenerational space for an open workshop: a space to think, connect, and get curious about masculinity, identity, and what it means to build communities where everyone actually belongs.
βthis event is open to everyone. we especially want young men and boys in the room: not because there's something to fix, but because these are conversations most of us rarely get to have, and the ones that often matter most. the ones that make you feel less alone. the ones that shift something.
βwe'll be unpacking masculinity, patriarchy and identity: what we've been taught, what we've inherited, what we actually want. and we'll be thinking about what it looks like to show up differently: for your mates, for your community, for yourself.
βinspired by the soulstice collective's community notes project, you'll have the chance to record your own voice notes during the session: questions, thoughts, or something you've never quite had the right moment to say out loud. it doesn't have to be polished. just real.
βthe best ones get played to jordan stephens: rizzle kicks, actor, sunday times bestselling author, and one of the more honest voices going when it comes to masculinity and mental health: at his conversation with amnesty the next evening at the old market.
βyour voice in the room. your questions shaping the conversation.
