Sidequest — Ticket Terms & Refund Policy

 Tickets are non-refundable except as set out below. If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket — see section 4.

 If the event doesn't take place, you'll be refunded the full ticket price less payment processing fees (approximately [5]%, retained by our payment providers and not recoverable by us). Refunds go automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.

 Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement and section 2 applies. After 14 days, tickets are non-refundable.

 You can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge up to 24 hours before doors, through [info@interspace.zone]. The new holder is bound by these terms.

 The address is released to ticket holders approximately 48 hours before the event. Venue, timings, programme, music, and any included food or drink may change, and changes are not grounds for a refund.

 Entry requires a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID. Admission is at the discretion of the venue and its security. No refund where entry is refused for intoxication, conduct, failure to meet ID or age requirements, or arrival after last entry. No refunds for no-shows.

 This is a [21]+ event at a licensed venue. The venue's licence conditions apply and are enforced at the door. Please check before purchasing.

 Where a ticket includes drinks or a bottle, they're available on the night only, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and aren't refundable if unused. Service is subject to responsible-service law and the venue's discretion.

 If the event can't take place because of government restriction, venue closure, extreme weather, public emergency, or similar, section 2 applies.

 If something's wrong, email [info@interspace.zone] first. We reply within 3 business days and would rather fix it ourselves than have it go through your bank.

 You attend at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your ticket. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California. Nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

A chai cart, somewhere in the city, every morning of Devcon week.

Come before the conference opens. Get a chai, stand around, talk to whoever else is up. No programme, no badge scan, no reason to be there except that it's early and the city is awake.
