​Jessica Trafford 

​Jessica is the founder of Motorsport Jess Media, and channels her passion for racing into managing public relations and brand presence for teams in the NASCAR Canada Series and the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship. As the Marketing Manager for Radical Canada, CASC, and Jonathan Woolridge Racing, she focuses on innovative strategies to engage fans and partners. Beyond her management roles, Jessica is also a key voice on the broadcast team for the Radical Academy FIA eSports League and has been featured on TSN segments.

​Taylor Lamb 

​Taylor is a Damper Design Engineer at Multimatic, one of the world’s premier automotive engineering and manufacturing firms. In her role, she focuses on the design and engineering of high-performance suspension systems—a critical component in vehicle handling and racing success. With a master’s degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, she brings a deep technical perspective to the panel, representing the engineering excellence behind championship-winning race cars.

​Grace Hughes 

​Grace is a Radical SR3 driver with the Radical Academy and the force behind She Goes Vroom, a brand dedicated to inspiring women to pursue their motorsport dreams. From sim racing to real-life competition, she competes regionally and is currently working on her GT86, which she plans to take to the track this season between races. As one of the few women in Canada with a Level MSF2 coaching certification, Grace guides others on and off the track and is committed to breaking barriers, showing that girls and women belong in every corner of motorsport.
