About Event

What if your next opportunity came from a conversation — not a job board?

At the next edition of The Bloom’s Social Impact Career Fair, you'll meet leaders shaping some of the most urgent and innovative fronts in social impact today. They’re building talent pipelines in Madagascar that change the trajectory of entire families. They're redesigning women’s healthcare with instant AI/ML diagnostics. They’re helping nonprofits scale their impact with practical, human-centered tools.

And both organizations — Onja and Pinky Promise — are currently hiring across multiple roles, making this an especially powerful moment to learn how they think and what they value when they bring new people onto their teams.

This is a chance to learn from people who sit at the intersection of impact, innovation, and hiring every single day — and to ask the questions you rarely get to ask.

Come hear how they think, what they look for, and where they believe the next opportunities are opening up.

What you’ll gain:

✅ Clarity on different pathways into the impact sector
✅ Insights into what hiring managers and founders actually pay attention to
✅ Reflections on purpose, identity, and growth from people with lived experience
✅ Encouragement to pursue work that’s not only meaningful, but truly yours

Meet the speakers

Taylor Light — Director, Atlassian for Nonprofits
Social impact leader and development practitioner who brings human-centered design and strong M&E/data analytics skills into co-designing and implementing solutions that strengthen nonprofits, entrepreneurs, activists, students, and teams.

Atlassian for Nonprofits helps mission-driven organizations achieve greater impact through deep discounts on Atlassian apps and free support for nonprofit and social enterprise teams.

Priscilla Megalaa — International Hiring Manager, Onja
Priscilla’s work in social impact is grounded in a belief that how we do things — the values, processes, and day-to-day choices — shapes long-term, sustainable change.
Onja is a social enterprise training underprivileged youth in Madagascar into world-class software developers.

They identify the brightest students who cannot afford continued education, train them intensively in English and software development, and support them into remote front-end developer roles. These graduates support their families and pay forward opportunities to the next “wave” of students.

Divya Balaji Kamerkar — CEO & Co-Founder, Pinky Promise
Divya leads Pinky Promise, the world’s first instant AI/ML clinic for women’s sexual and reproductive health. Their model diagnoses most concerns instantly at a fraction of traditional costs, offering accessible, evidence-based care without judgment or long wait times.

A biologist from Yale, Global Health Fellow, and Wharton MBA, Divya brings 15+ years of frontline healthcare experience. Pinky Promise currently serves 150k+ women across India with a mission to make healthcare seamless, empowering, and truly supportive.

Nathaniel Harding — Head of Global Engagement, Government Council for Social Innovation (GCSI)
Nate works with people, organizations, and governments worldwide to create conditions where both people and the planet can flourish. His experience spans public service, coaching emerging leaders, and contributing to Net Positive research.

Previously, he advised mission-driven executive teams, facilitated global exchanges across six continents, managed cross-sector funding collaboratives, and led justice-centered community initiatives.
