Are you a company active in the digital or tech sector and looking for motivated and qualified talent? The Digital Matching Night is made for you!
The Digital Matching Night is an event that brings together digital and tech companies and talents looking for a job, in an informal, human and highly efficient setting 🤝 The goal is to foster high-quality, human connections, far from traditional recruitment processes.
For your company, this is a unique opportunity to meet students and recent graduates, exchange directly with them and quickly identify profiles that match your current or future needs 💼✨
How does the evening work?
- You start with a short and impactful pitch to present your company, your activities and the profiles you are looking for 🎤
- You then take part in 5-minute one-to-one meetings with selected talents. Throughout the event and between meetings, you will also enjoy informal networking moments to further connect with the most relevant profiles 🍹
Which profiles will you meet?
You will meet students and recent graduates from partner universities, colleges and training centres, including Louvain School of Management, École Polytechnique de Louvain, EPHEC, Technofutur, IFAPME and BeCode. The profiles represented are diverse and include front-end, back-end and full stack developers, business and data analysts, marketing, sales and content creation profiles, UX designers, IT specialists, as well as civil engineers and management engineers 🧑💻📊🎨
Participation in the event requires prior registration in order to organise the matchmaking and one-to-one meetings between companies and talents. After your registration, you will receive an invitation to join the platform so that the matching process can take place.
How much does it cost?
• Free for The POD members
• €500 excl. VAT for companies with fewer than 20 employees
• €1,000 excl. VAT for companies with 20 to 100 employees
• €1,500 excl. VAT for companies with more than 100 employees
Programme
• 5:00 pm: company welcome and setup
• 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: welcome drink and first networking moment
• 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: company pitches
• 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: one-to-one meetings between companies and talents
• From 9:00 pm: networking
