

The Running Club & Social Coffee
A Saturday morning run designed to move together and start the weekend with good energy.
We will meet at Hotel Arts for an easy flat run that welcomes all levels whether you run often prefer a relaxed pace or are just getting started. The group moves together using a simple regroup system so everyone runs at their own rhythm and no one is left behind.
After the run we will stay together for a relaxed coffee at Taulat 44 turning the session into a social moment rather than just a workout. Movement good energy and conversation to start the weekend well.
Nothing feels better after the holidays than moving your body again and doing it in a group makes it even easier to stay motivated.
Join us for a small group running experience designed to ease back into movement in a social and accessible way. The idea is to make this a recurring session and slowly build an OTC run club focused on consistency good energy and connection rather than performance.
Manel our host and running coach will guide the session and has designed a simple plan suitable for all levels. The run will last around 45 to 60 minutes covering approximately 5 km with short pauses along the way to catch your breath drink water and naturally regroup.
With a maximum of 12 members the experience is designed to feel relaxed supportive and easy to share. We will finish together with a coffee nearby turning the run into a social moment rather than just a workout.
What To Expect:
✨ A guided run led by an OTC host designed for all levels
✨ 45 to 60 minutes of easy running covering approximately 5 km with short regrouping pauses
✨ Coffee together after the run to create a connection moment
Timeline:
10:00 – Guests arrive at the meeting point (Hotel Arts) & explanation of the run format.
10:10 – Easy group run begins, led by the OTC host. The run lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, with short pauses along the way to regroup, drink water and rest.
11:10 – Run ends and the group regathers.
11:15 – Walk together to a nearby café for coffee or soft drinks.
Please arrive on time to make the most of the experience.
How the run works
To make sure no one feels bored or held back, we’ll use a very simple group-running formula: • Everyone runs at their own comfortable pace • At each crossing or agreed checkpoint, the faster runners turn back briefly to pick up the last person, then continue forward • This way, faster runners add a bit more distance, the group naturally regroups, and no one is left behind
It keeps the group together while respecting different levels and rhythms.

Manel Bernal has spent over 20 years leading people as an HR exec — but labels don’t really fit him. He’s a marathon runner turned running coach, a sea fisherman, a car trader, an amateur tennis lover, and the founder of a plant-based restaurant he built from scratch — and somehow made thrive.
