About Event

By Women, for Women in Tech

We created this meetup to help women in R&D and technology develop practical skills for working with AI and build the confidence to apply them. Our aim is to support women in taking an active role in shaping how AI is used in their professional work, through shared learning and exchange with peers.

Sessions

Understanding AI Systems: Architecture, Behavior, and Practical Use

Tamar Peretz · Founder & AI Researcher, Andy Agent Lab

Explore how architecture, training objectives, instructions, context, and tools shape AI system behavior—and where system objectives can diverge from user goals. The session connects these foundations to prompt engineering, context engineering and management, and evaluation. Topics include recognizing failure modes, avoiding leading prompts, and verifying whether responses and actions meet task requirements.

Practical AI Workflows for Engineering Productivity

Ester Koilis · Sr. GTM Specialist SA, AI/ML, AWS

Learn how to integrate AI tools into everyday engineering workflows, including automating repetitive tasks, accelerating reviews, and supporting debugging, documentation, planning, and reporting. The session introduces a practical framework for identifying workflow bottlenecks and selecting tools that fit a team’s technology stack, with attention to development velocity, quality, and security.

How Can AI Boost Your Creativity?

Tiferet Kronfeld · Senior Engineer & Keynote Speaker

Examine AI’s role as a creative partner, from generating starting points for ideas to suggesting unexpected connections between concepts. The session considers how human creativity and AI capabilities can complement one another, and how this collaboration may help address creative blocks and resource constraints.
