​Niven Postma is a globally recognised expert in workplace politics and the author of If You Don't Do Politics, Politics Will Do You. She contributes to Harvard Business Review and teaches at Cambridge University's Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Stanford University, and London Business School. She is currently completing a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, focusing on how politics play out differently for women. An Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow since 2007, she now serves as Programme Director for the Fellowship. Her career spans CEO roles, central banking, and leading culture and leadership for Standard Bank Group, the largest bank by assets in Africa.
