Wellive Workouts are brought to you by the Wellive Club - first metabolic health concierge in Paris. We help people reset their metabolic health via personalised check-ups and action plans, delivered by a doctor, nutritionist, personal trainer and psychologist.

20% Mobility - build the foundation for safe and full range movement.
60% Strength - progressive overload to build muscle mass and strength.
20% Cardio - raise heart rate to improve stamina, fat metabolism, and heart health.
👩🏽 Led by Cassie Vigouroux, a former nurse and a Crossfit coach for 10 years.
🤝 Train the right way: first learn the correct form, then push yourself on load.
🫵 Semi-private training: group size never exceeds 6 people, so that everyone receives hands-on attention.
