2025 well-being reset for changemakers
2025 has been an especially intense year for many changemakers, including people in international development and humanitarian work, with high workloads, constant change and global crises driving stress and burnout. This practical online session offers a contained space to pause, process the year, and realign with what matters most before you step into 2026.
During this 90-minute workshop you will:
• Complete a guided, end-of-year reflection to help you consciously close 2025 at work and acknowledge both wins and challenges.
• Explore how 2025 has impacted your mental health and energy, with prompts to notice early signs of strain rather than waiting for a full burnout crisis.
• Clarify the values and boundaries you want to prioritize in 2026, and how you want to show up for yourself, your work and your communities.
• Watch a short presentation by change facilitator Justyna Linke on burnout in high-change environments, and complete a brief self-assessment to gauge your current burnout risk.
This session is for changemakers, leaders, activists, international development staff, and anyone holding responsibility for change who wants to sustain impact without sacrificing wellbeing. The event takes place online on December 11, 2025, from 16:00–17:30 Warsaw time (GMT+1); registration is required, and all registrants will receive the recording, even if they cannot attend live.
