This roundtable brings together people who care deeply about faith, ihsan, and impact - and who want to help shape the next chapter of faith-centred personal development worldwide.

​​Salma Patel and Hannane Ramdani are Muslim-sector advocates and co-founders of Deenship - a faith-anchored initiative that equips Muslim changemakers to live in a way where deen shapes who we are, not just what we do.

​​Salma is a seasoned learning and development practitioner known for designing high-trust, impactful experiences that support self-growth through recognising purpose and personal strengths.

​​Hannane, creator of Barakah over Burnout and a certified Productive Muslim trainer, is known for building spiritually safe spaces that help participants move from niyyah to consistent, grounded action.
