​The Spring Ayurveda Tea & Art Ceremony is a gentle, sensory journey designed to help you awaken, bloom, and embody your intentions for the new season.
​Through three carefully curated tea rituals paired with guided creative practices, participants move from soft opening and reflection to inspired expression and grounded integration.
​Beginning with calming Blue Lotus and Lavender to release winter and awaken intuition, the experience flows into a heart-opening creative peak with Saffron, Rose, and Tulsi to explore what is ready to grow, and concludes with grounding Reishi, Maca, and Cinnamon to anchor insights into meaningful action.
​Combining mindful tea ceremony, intuitive art, and shared reflection, this event invites you to reconnect with your creativity, clarity, and inner vitality as spring unfolds.

​About the hosts:
​Sacha is a multi-passionate creative and musician (singer & songwriter) and with a passion for nature, self-growth, communication & art. She moved to Barcelona from Amsterdam to pursue a Masters in music and is combining this with her interest in natural health by studying Ayurveda. In this interdisciplinary, explorative and fun session, she is excited to share her knowledge and experience with you.
