DFF Ventures is a pre-seed and seed-stage investor based in Amsterdam. We look for founders with deep industry experience and some early form of commercial validation. We invest across verticals and have backed 40+ companies all over EMEA building solutions for recycling, timber, automotive and shipping industry - among many others. Our sweetspot sits around recommerce models: businesses that increase the lifetime value of goods through recycling, reuse, repurpose or refurbishment. We also like companies that leverage network effects as an organic growth and defensibility lever, preferably in heavily underdigitized industries.
