Without the structure, your biology can shift into Survival Mode. You have reduced energy & attention. You are seeking a sense of contribution & belonging.
This is not because you’re incapable. It’s because you’re trying to function without a structure that can actually hold you.
What is Culture In Service?
Culture In Service (CIS) is an "employment-agnostic" organizational culture for Meaningful Work. We define Meaningful Work as a combination of Connection, Care, and Contribution.
Our Member Experience is structured into 12-week segments with an average of ~10 hours a week.
What We’ll Explore in This Webinar:
Why This Matters: We’ll discuss how the loss of organizational structure impacts our nervous systems and why Inner Work is the foundation of a meaningful life.
What We Offer: We'll provide an overview of our 12-Week Culture In Service Membership Arc. Our Member Experience offers a three-stage journey: Stabilizing your Container (101), Caring for your Container (201), and Contributing from your Container (301)
How We Operate: We’ll dive deep into how our People Experience Lifecycle & Organizational Culture Strategy works and why it’s different than any other organizational culture.
