Join Soft Sticks for our inaugural program, All My Ands, in collaboration with Bronx Frame! ✨
Facilitated by emerging writer, artist, and creator of Soft Sticks, Maia Wheaton, this program will include an experimental short film screening, an artist talkback & a generative writing session guided by the program's theme: identity. All writing generated during the writing session will be curated into a digital zine & shared with attendees!

Soft Sticks is an intimate, recurring art and moving-image series dedicated to showcasing the multiplicity of Black/Brown artists through experimental storytelling.

Bronx Frame is the film and moving-image exhibition and public programming initiative of the historic Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx. Dedicated to amplifying Bronx storytellers across generations, Bronx Frame partners with film curators and programmers to present screenings, community-centered programs, artist talks, and hands-on workshops that expand access to cinema and media arts within the borough.
